8 Weekly Classes. Cost €150.
Classes are designed to help you overcome any obstacles
relating to your Fitness or Weight Loss regine.
The aim of the classes will be to keep you motivated while you
are on a diet or during your exercise routine.
Some of the issues we will deal with are: What happens to your
will power just a few weeks into your plan. Why do we
crave sweet or savoury foods and why do we give in to these
cravings?
Why do we start an exercise routine only to give it up a few
weeks later?
Each week the program will tackle a different topic.
There will be targets and goal setting and rewards.

If you have answered 'Yes' to any of the above
questions then perhaps you would like to join us for an Uplifting and Energizing Day on Saturday, October
9th, from 9.30am - 6pm in Glosna House Retreat
Centre,
Co.Kildare. You will enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this
magnificent place and enjoy getting in touch with nature. The
cost is €99.00 and includes all refreshments with a homemade
vegetarian lunch.
Can you afford not to be there?
The morning will be packed with several practical
methods to help reduce stress levels. You will
learn techniques that you will be able to practice at home whether
it is to help you sleep or to prepare you in advance for an
important meeting.
After a delicious lunch we will concentrate of
techniques to boost your energy levels thus reducing tiredness and
focusing the mind so as to improve your concentration
levels.
We will finish up at 6pm and you will be gauranteed
to leave feeling lighter and more energized, complete with lots of
techniques at your fingertips to use as and when you need
them.

Can You Afford To Take
'TIME OUT' And Recharge Your Batteries?
The Question is:
Can You Afford Not to?
Ponder this thought for a moment, if you will. If
your mobile phone battery is running low it bleeps to tell
you. If you don't charge it, it stops
working. Similarily if YOU are either physically or
mentally tired or exhausted, your body tells you it needs
rest. If you ignore it, it too stops working
efficiently.
So what can you do? Answer: Take 'Time Out'
and relax. Give your mind and body a rest.
Date: Saturday 25th September,

The emphasis of the Workshop will be RELAXATION,
RECHARGING YOUR BATTERIES and RESTORING YOUR ENERGY.
We will take time to explore tried and tested formulas
that will make it easier for you to recognise when it is
important to take time out for
yourself.
We will explore what are the factors that make us tired, exhausted
and loose concentration and we will address these issues and put a
more positive spin on them.
You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and more
importantly with your batteries fully recharged, ready to take on
the world.
The Workshop will begin at 10am, with registration at
9.45am and end at 4pm.
The cost is €100 - €90 if paid by Tuesday 9th September
and will include Light Lunch and Refreshments.
