Hello, my name is Ita Breagy. Having worked in the Beauty industry for over twenty years I decided to reinvent myself and become a Life and Business Coach.
I studied in All Hallows with the Coach Institute of Ireland where all aspects of Life and Business Coaching were taught including NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I have also studied Emotional Intelligence. I am a member of LBCAI (Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland).
I owned and managed two Beauty Salons in Dublin so I am no stranger to dealing with people. Becoming a Life and Business Coach was one of the most challenging things I have ever done and one of the most rewarding. I have always had an interest in what makes us tick and have studied several Adult Education Psychology Courses with UCD. I have also taken part in a number of Irish Times Training Programs.
I find it hugely rewarding when after just a few coaching sessions my clients begin to loose their fears and start rejoicing in what life has to offer them. Their whole demeanour changes and they get a little pep in their step. The results are fascinating and I feel very grateful to have been given the opportunity to share in each person's journey.
Being a Life and Business coach is a very varied and interesting career and no two days or clients for that matter are the same. In these challenging times it is wonderful to be able to help people to make a real difference to their lives.
